HOTEL MODIGLIANI, Rome – Your ideal downtown stay

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while a bit small and basic for the price, were surprisingly spacious and featured a lovely terrace with a view of the neighborhood rooftops. The mattresses were very firm but surprisingly comfortable. The service was exceptional, with helpful and polite staff who even assisted us with calling a taxi when we were short on time. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of major attractions like the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and conveniently close to the subway. The dining experience was pleasant, offering a spread of fresh fruits, pastries, and eggs to order. The facilities were good overall. However, there were some aspects that fell short, such as the room size and mattress firmness, but these were balanced out by the friendly and efficient service and convenient location.

The hotel had spacious rooms located in different parts of the hotel, progressively heating during the night, which I highly recommend. The service was pleasant, helpful, and professional, always greeting us with a big smile and responding immediately to any issues. The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from the Spanish Steps and close to all of Rome's historical sites, although there was some noise from workmen in a building next door. The dining experience was good but could have offered a better choice of cereals, and the facilities were well-decorated and clean.

The hotel offers compact yet comfortable rooms at the back of the property. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful; however, access to drinks in the evening was limited. Its prime location near the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain makes exploring easy, with various dining options nearby.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were small but clean, and the AC worked great. The bathroom was tiny but still nice. The service was top-notch with extremely friendly and attentive staff. The location was perfect, just off the beaten track for a quiet evening but still close to the city center's attractions. The dining experience was good, although the fruit juices could be improved. Overall, a wonderful experience!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is amazing, right off Piazza Barberini and close to everything I wanted to see. The rooms were basic but super clean and cozy, plus the little balcony was perfect for enjoying the view. The service was top-notch, with the staff being so friendly and always ready to help. The dining experience was a pleasant surprise with a continental breakfast option to choose from. Overall, a great value for the money!
